stm32/boards/ARDUINO_PORTENTA_H7: Add more modules, I2C1 and SE pin. Changes in this commit are: - Increase CDC buffer size. - Define I2C1 SCL/SDA pins. - Add crypto device enable pin to board pins. - Update deploy instructions. - Add ntptime, urequests and logging to manifest.
